Welcome to Yellow Door Lets established in 1983. We own the largest number of student houses in Lancaster. All are in great locations and instantly recognisable by their yellow doors. All are licensed by Lancaster City Council where required.
There is free contents insurance, free broadband up to 8mb and even a TV licence. Wherever possible double beds are provided and there is a generous gas and electricity allowance.
All this for around £30 a week less than living on campus!
